1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Threaded, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.
Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be canceled or modified.


3. Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship only within Canada.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders take 2–7 business days to be produced. After production, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days. Total delivery time may take up to 14 business days from the order date.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking email once their order has shipped.

Delays
Shipping is handled by a third-party provider. Delivery times are estimates only, and Threaded is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Threaded is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

If your package is marked as delivered, please check with your local carrier and neighbors.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Threaded is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to assist before shipment.


7. Returns & Refund Policy

No Returns / No Exchanges
All items are custom-made on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Wrong color or style preference

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Threaded and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

Threaded is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery
  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
