2. Order Processing Orders are sent to production immediately and cannot be canceled once production starts.
3. Payments All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and shipping shown at checkout apply.
4. Shipping Shipping is handled by Tapstitch and delivery times are estimates only. Threaded is not responsible for carrier delays.
5. No Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days.
6. Intellectual Property All designs and content on our site belong to Threaded. You may not copy or reuse them.
7. Limitation of Liability Threaded is not responsible for: • Delays caused by carriers or customs • Lost or stolen packages once marked delivered • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
