Shipping policy
Order Processing Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.
Shipping Area We currently ship only within Canada.
Estimated Delivery Time After production, most packages arrive within 5–12 business days. Overall delivery may take up to 14 business days from order date. Customers will receive a tracking email once their order ships.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and items ordered.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your item, please check with your local carrier and neighbors first. Threaded is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”
Incorrect Address Please double‑check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for custermers putting in the wrong address. You can contact us and we might be able to help.
