No Returns / No Exchanges Because each item is custom‑made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: • Change of mind • Incorrect size ordered • Wrong colour or style preference
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We’ll review and work with Tapstitch to offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
